We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Guru Les Privat to join our expanding team of private educators in Gorontalo. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic journey of children and teenagers, ranging from early childhood (TK) to senior high school (SMA). As a private tutor, you will work closely with students in a one‑on‑one setting, tailoring instruction to each learner’s unique strengths, challenges, and learning style. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels.
- Conduct regular assessments, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with parents or guardians regarding student performance, upcoming topics, and any areas needing extra attention.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Prepare engaging educational resources such as worksheets, interactive exercises, and digital content to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage classroom discipline with patience and fairness, creating a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Attend weekly coordination meetings with the tutoring center’s staff to share best practices and discuss student needs.
- Commit to the agreed teaching schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be flexible when occasional adjustments are required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the organization’s standards of conduct and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: active university student in the final semester or a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; a degree in Education is highly preferred.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Strong passion for teaching and genuine interest in interacting with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach across multiple grade levels (TK to SMA) and adapt content accordingly.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills; ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
