Responsibilities
- Develop individualized lesson plans that align with each student’s curriculum, learning style, and performance level.
- Deliver private tutoring sessions across a range of subjects, ensuring clear explanations and practical examples.
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and informal feedback, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of attendance, lesson content, and student performance to support continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about student achievements, areas for growth, and recommended study strategies.
- Utilize modern educational technologies, such as digital whiteboards and online learning platforms, to enhance engagement.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay current with pedagogical best practices.
- Uphold a safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, a relevant subject area, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only, in accordance with the client’s specific request.
- Age: Candidates should be within a suitable age range for professional tutoring (preferably early to mid‑career).
- Experience: No prior tutoring experience required; fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Core skills: Ability to develop teaching materials, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for student development.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; additional proficiency in English is a plus.
- Availability: Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend sessions.
