Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pengemudi Kendaraan Operasional (Operational Vehicle Driver) to join our growing logistics team. This full‑time position offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides an excellent entry point for fresh graduates who are eager to develop a professional driving career. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient movement of company vehicles, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate company‑owned motor vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, including checks of brakes, lights, fluid levels, and tire pressure, and report any defects immediately.
- Load, secure, and unload goods or equipment, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and trip records, documenting mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur on the road.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and team members to optimize routes, reduce travel time, and improve fuel efficiency.
- Assist in basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, cleaning, and minor repairs when necessary.
- Provide courteous customer service when interacting with clients, vendors, and internal staff.
- Adhere to the company’s code of conduct, demonstrating discipline, honesty, and a strong work ethic at all times.
- Participate in regular safety training sessions and emergency drills to stay current on best practices.
- Support team initiatives by sharing insights on route optimization and suggesting improvements to operational procedures.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.
- High motivation, strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in driving as a profession.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior professional driving experience required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operation and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
