Introduction

The tutoring sessions will take place at the student’s home in Puri Mekarsari, Kecamatan Ngamprah, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, and are scheduled for three afternoons each week.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging 90‑minute private lessons on Mathematical Reasoning and Quantitative Knowledge aligned with the SNBT curriculum.
- Assess the student’s current skill level, identify knowledge gaps, and create customized lesson plans that promote deep conceptual understanding.
- Utilize a variety of teaching aids—digital tools, visual models, and practice worksheets—to accommodate different learning styles.
- Provide timely feedback on homework, mock exams, and in‑session practice problems, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop effective test‑taking strategies, time‑management techniques, and problem‑solving heuristics specific to the SNBT format.
- Maintain open communication with the student’s parents or guardians, offering progress reports and recommendations for continued study.
- Stay current with national examination standards, emerging math education trends, and ASK.Edu’s pedagogical guidelines.
- Uphold a professional, supportive, and motivating learning environment that fosters confidence and independent thinking.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum diploma level (D3/D4) in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: While prior tutoring experience is optional, a strong grasp of high‑school mathematics and the ability to explain concepts clearly are essential.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age who meet the qualification criteria are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders; the student is female, and the tutor can be male or female.
- Availability: Must be able to teach on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 15:00 to 16:30 WIB.
- Skills:
- Strong command of mathematical concepts covered in the UTBK‑SNBT syllabus.
- Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms.
