- Participate in regular professional development workshops, teacher training sessions, and curriculum review meetings.
- Uphold the school’s code of conduct by modeling ethical behavior, fostering a respectful classroom environment, and promoting the values of Berakhlaqul Kariman.
- Engage with parents and guardians through conferences, progress reports, and community events to support student growth.
- Integrate technology and digital resources—such as e‑learning platforms and interactive media—into daily instruction.
- Lead extracurricular activities related to citizenship education, social studies clubs, or community service projects.
Requirements
- Religion: Must be Muslim (male or female) and demonstrate a strong personal commitment to Islamic values.
- Non‑smoker with a lifestyle that reflects the school’s health‑conscious environment.
- Exemplary moral character (Berakhlaqul Kariman) and the ability to serve as a role model for students.
- Proficient in reciting the Al‑Qur’an with proper tajwid.
- Educational background: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education for teaching positions; minimum a high school diploma (SMA) for administrative support roles (TU).
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Age: Maximum 35 years at the time of application.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
