Introduction
The Helper Sekolah untuk Dukungan Operasional Harian is a pivotal role within our educational institution, dedicated to creating a safe, clean, and supportive environment for both students and staff. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms, offices, corridors, restrooms, and all shared facilities, ensuring that hygiene standards meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
- Arrange desks, chairs, and teaching equipment before each lesson, adapting the layout to suit different teaching methods and activities.
- Assist teachers and class guardians by preparing teaching materials, distributing handouts, and setting up audio‑visual equipment.
- Supervise students during class time and transitional periods, providing gentle guidance and ensuring that behavioral expectations are upheld.
- Support students with special needs by offering a calm presence, helping them settle into the classroom, and communicating any concerns to the relevant staff.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues—such as broken furniture or malfunctioning equipment—to the facilities manager promptly.
- Coordinate with the school’s health and safety team to implement emergency procedures, including evacuation drills and first‑aid assistance when required.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by greeting visitors, assisting with sign‑in procedures, and directing guests to appropriate locations.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings to share observations, suggest improvements, and stay aligned with the school’s operational goals.
- Demonstrate flexibility by covering additional duties during school events, parent‑teacher conferences, or special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years; female candidates only.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a school support or similar custodial role.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to interact respectfully and patiently with children, parents, and staff.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with students of various ages.
- Excellent attention to detail, disciplined work ethic, and proven multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning standards, child‑safety protocols, and the ability to follow written instructions accurately.
- Ability to start work immediately and commit to the full schedule of 06:30 – 15:30, Monday through Friday.
- Proficiency in using basic cleaning equipment and familiarity with simple classroom technology (e.g., projectors, sound systems).
