Introduction
Our rapidly growing finance department is seeking a diligent and motivated Finance & Accounting Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a young professional (21‑30 years old) with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management, and a strong desire to develop a career in financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record daily journal entries, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, supporting senior accountants with variance analysis and financial reporting.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments while verifying supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare cash forecasts, and assist in budgeting activities as directed by the finance manager.
- Generate routine financial statements, management reports, and ad‑hoc analyses for internal stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel—for data manipulation, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Support internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations of transactions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, such as procurement and sales, to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve processes.
- Uphold a high standard of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
Requirements
- Female candidate, age between 21 and 30 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of honesty, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for reporting purposes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Commitment to a regular work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
