Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Host Live Streaming to join our dynamic digital team and drive product sales through engaging live broadcasts on TikTok and other social commerce platforms. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Live Host Operator to research, script, and present product reviews that highlight key benefits and unique selling points in an entertaining manner.
- Conduct live streaming sessions of at least 6 hours on regular workdays, with flexibility to extend to 8 hours during peak events such as TikTok specials, Shopee campaigns, or seasonal promotions.
- Develop short‑form content and teaser videos for upcoming marketplace events, social media posts, and promotional campaigns to generate pre‑launch excitement.
- Work hand‑in‑hand with marketing and sales teams to implement real‑time promotional tactics, answer live viewer questions, and drive conversion rates toward established sales targets.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera presence, including appropriate attire, posture, and energy levels that align with brand standards.
- Monitor live analytics, track viewer engagement, and provide post‑stream performance reports to help refine future content strategies.
- Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok trends, e‑commerce platform features, and emerging digital marketing tools to continuously improve the live shopping experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in live streaming, digital sales, or on‑camera presenting.
- All genders are welcome; candidates must possess a proportional physique and a polished, camera‑ready appearance.
- Strong confidence and natural charisma when speaking to a live audience.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different product categories.
