Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur – Crew Operasional Dapur dan Persiapan Makanan to join our fast‑growing restaurant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that food preparation, cooking, and service flow smoothly from the kitchen to the dining area. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, disciplined, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a high‑energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in the daily set‑up and breakdown of kitchen stations, ensuring all equipment is clean, functional, and ready for use.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols, including proper food storage, temperature control, and sanitation of work surfaces.
- Support the beverage station by crafting non‑alcoholic drinks, smoothies, and specialty coffees as required.
- Operate cash registers, handle customer orders, and accurately record sales transactions.
- Compile daily sales reports, reconcile cash drawers, and assist management with inventory tracking.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to manage peak‑hour rushes, ensuring timely service without compromising food quality.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with menu changes, new cooking techniques, and health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a restaurant or similar food‑service environment.
- Demonstrated ability to cook a range of dishes and prepare beverages.
- Experience operating a cash register and performing basic sales reconciliation.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and a reliable work ethic.
- Ability to work both as a male or female team member; gender is not a barrier.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Proficiency in handling kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
