Introduction
The Hub Kontrol Inventaris Salemba position is a critical operational role based in Jakarta Pusat, supporting the efficient flow of goods across the Jabodetabek region. As part of a fast‑growing logistics network, you will ensure that inventory is accurately tracked, temperature‑controlled environments are maintained, and all inbound and outbound movements comply with strict quality standards. This role offers a dynamic shift‑based schedule and the opportunity to develop expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and cold‑chain logistics.
Responsibilities
- Verify the consistency between delivery documents (surat jalan) and the physical goods received.
- Conduct regular temperature checks of freezers and chillers, recording results on the designated forms.
- Match sales orders (SO) with physical inventory during inbound processing to prevent discrepancies.
- Document any instances of over‑receipt, short‑receipt, or bad stock, and initiate corrective actions.
- Enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and flag any items that are rejected or damaged.
- Organise stock using FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) and FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) methodologies to minimise waste and ensure product freshness.
- Measure and log temperature readings at least twice per shift, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain disposal documentation for the destruction of bad stock, following environmental and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the shift team to ensure seamless handover and continuity of operations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory control, preferably in a temperature‑sensitive environment.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule and be based in the Jabodetabek area.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, agility, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain accurate records.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks such as lifting, moving pallets, and standing for extended periods.
