Responsibilities
- Prepare, pour, and serve a wide range of beverages—including cold drinks, juices, and specialty coffees—according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked booth, ensuring all ingredients, cups, lids, and utensils are readily available.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record daily sales in the store management system.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor, answer product questions, and provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in restocking supplies during scheduled breaks.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth shift changes and consistent service quality across both morning and evening shifts.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional offers, and customer service best practices.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement of product offerings and service delivery.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20‑25 years (all genders are welcome to apply for similar positions).
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Availability to work 8‑hour shifts across two daily shifts, Monday through Saturday (08:00 – 17:00).
- Not currently enrolled in another academic program or employed elsewhere.
- Honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues.
- Confident, communicative, responsive, and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Prior experience in the beverage or food‑service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) and store management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting of stock items.
