Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Intern – Recruitment Fulfillment (Career) to join our dynamic talent acquisition team in Lampung. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to support end‑to‑end hiring processes for operational and blue‑collar roles, while gaining valuable exposure to manpower planning, payroll fundamentals, and large‑scale recruitment campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers, field recruiters, and our HR operations hub to ensure that staffing targets are met on schedule and that our candidate experience reflects the company’s professional brand.
Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and blue‑collar positions, including sourcing, screening, initial interviewing, and coordination with hiring users.
- Develop and maintain a detailed manpower plan, tracking daily and weekly hiring targets against the agreed timeline.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to understand basic payroll concepts and ensure accurate workforce data integration.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that align with business needs and current market conditions, adjusting tactics for peak hiring periods.
- Maintain a clean and up‑to‑date recruitment database, manage candidate pipelines, and produce regular status reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct active canvassing activities such as walk‑in interviews, job fairs, flyer distribution, and mass‑hiring events in the field.
- Build and nurture a talent pool by establishing continuous communication with potential candidates and maintaining strong relationships with local labor markets.
- Represent the company professionally during all candidate interactions, ensuring a positive employer brand perception.
- Prepare concise daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports that capture key performance metrics, challenges, and actionable insights.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, job portals, and Canva to create recruitment dashboards, job advertisements, and visual communication materials.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (must not be a current student).
- Male candidates, aged 23 – 26 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to mass‑hiring or blue‑collar staffing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive attitude and high initiative.
- Demonstrated interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in high‑volume environments.
- Ability to work under strict targets, thrive in fast‑paced and dynamic settings, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet), job portal management, and Canva for visual content creation.
- Own a reliable laptop to support daily work activities.
- Willingness to work on‑site for field recruitment activities, including travel within the Lampung region.
