Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Waitress (Daily Worker) – Full‑Time to join our dynamic front‑of‑house team. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing attentive service in a bustling restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking back frequently to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Process payments efficiently, handle cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring condiment stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate timely service and resolve any issues.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of allergens and temperature control.
- Participate in daily briefings, sharing feedback and suggestions for menu improvements or service enhancements.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up workstations, restocking supplies, and completing end‑of‑day reports.
- Continuously develop product knowledge to confidently answer guest questions and upsell menu items.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a waitress or in a similar front‑of‑house role.
- Strong multitasking abilities; able to manage several tables and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a courteous, open‑minded attitude toward guests and teammates.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new POS systems, menu changes, and service protocols.
- Detail‑oriented, neat, and responsible—maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Team‑player mindset; comfortable collaborating in a diverse environment and supporting colleagues during peak hours.
- Immediate availability to start, with flexibility to work the specified schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
