We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Retail Sales Cashier & Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in South Jambi. Responsibilities
- Accurately record all cash inflows and outflows, ensuring that daily cash balances reconcile with sales reports.
- Maintain an organized queue system for vehicle arrivals, documenting timestamps and customer details to streamline service flow.
- Keep the waiting area clean, orderly, and welcoming, including regular sanitization of surfaces and replenishment of magazines or promotional materials.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing information, and payment processing, providing courteous and professional service at all times.
- Collaborate with sales associates and inventory staff to verify product availability and facilitate smooth transaction completion.
- Prepare end‑of‑day cash summaries, submit cash slips, and report any discrepancies to the store manager promptly.
- Support promotional activities by informing customers about current offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal sales.
- Utilize basic computer and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems to enter sales data, generate receipts, and update inventory logs.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with product knowledge, cash handling procedures, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; unmarried status preferred.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 25 years old.
- Residency in South Jambi or surrounding areas is strongly preferred.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail for cash handling and record‑keeping.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly with POS software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience as a cashier is a plus, though not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
