Introduction

To support its expanding operations, especially at the Banjarmasin warehouse located at KM 22, Liang Anggang, we are seeking a dedicated Kasir Penjualan Ritel dan Layanan Pelanggan (Retail Sales Cashier & Customer Service) for our Banjarmasin (Banjarmasin) location.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash and bank transactions, including receipt of cash, checks, and giro bills, accurate data entry, and timely cash deposits.
- Perform daily cash and giro reconciliations (opname) to ensure all records match physical counts.
- Maintain and monitor company bank accounts, preparing periodic statements for the finance team.
- Follow established financial procedures to guarantee sufficient cash flow for smooth operational activities.
- Deposit all incoming cash, checks, and giro bills at the designated bank promptly.
- Issue and follow up on cash advances (kasbon) ensuring repayment within agreed deadlines.
- Provide courteous customer service at the point‑of‑sale, handling inquiries, resolving payment issues, and guiding customers through product selections.
- Utilize the company’s financial software and Microsoft Office suite to generate reports, track sales trends, and support audit activities.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory valuation and seamless order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in cash handling, documentation, and customer interaction, and propose actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all candidates.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in cash handling, retail sales, or financial administration.
- Basic knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to operate the company’s cash register and financial management system.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to work in a tidy, organized manner.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to collaborate and support colleagues in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled hours, including Saturdays.
