Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Staf Pemasaran dan Pengembangan Produk to join our growing team in Solo Raya. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to translate market insights into product enhancements and new offerings.
  • Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor community interactions.
  • Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and customer outreach programs.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation activities, sales collateral, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with the company’s brand guidelines and corporate objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; preferred majors: Communication, Marketing, or Management.
  • Residency in Solo Raya or willing to relocate to the area.
  • Zero to two years of experience in marketing, customer service, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – cheerful, communicative, and comfortable building relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High initiative, creative problem‑solving abilities, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets under tight deadlines.
