This position is the front‑line of our customer experience, handling cash transactions, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a smooth checkout process. Responsibilities
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, accurately processing cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Greet customers warmly, answer product‑related inquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance sales.
- Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring that receipts, bags, and promotional materials are stocked.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking shelves, and rotating merchandise to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
- Collaborate with fellow cashiers, waitstaff, and kitchen crew to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially when handling food‑related transactions.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and POS system updates.
- Contribute ideas for improving checkout efficiency and overall store performance.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with experience as cashiers or waiters are highly regarded.
- Age: Must be 27 years old or younger.

- Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 165 cm for males and 155 cm for females; must be in good physical and mental health.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but familiarity with basic cash handling or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency with cashier systems, basic math, strong communication, and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Availability: Able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Reliability: Punctuality, honesty, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
