Responsibilities
- Program Development & Coordination: Design, plan, and coordinate comprehensive marketing programs that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Strategic Planning Support: Assist senior marketing managers in crafting short‑term and long‑term marketing strategies, including market segmentation, positioning, and budget allocation.
- Promotion Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed calendars for all promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution of offline events, trade shows, and online campaigns.
- Team Supervision: Direct and monitor the daily activities of marketing staff, providing guidance, feedback, and performance assessments to guarantee target attainment.
- Event & Campaign Management: Organize and oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and digital campaigns; liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners to secure resources and deliverables.
- Market Research & Analysis: Gather market intelligence, consumer behavior data, and competitor insights; evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tactics and recommend adjustments.
- Reporting & Evaluation: Compile comprehensive marketing reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and operations teams to ensure marketing activities are synchronized with overall business goals.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok), marketplace listings, and paid advertising campaigns; optimize content for engagement and conversion.
- Vendor Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with external partners, ensuring cost‑effective solutions while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school diploma).
- Preferred gender: Male (as per company policy).
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management, preferably within the retail kitchenware or household segment.
- Strong understanding of retail product marketing strategies, sales‑driven campaigns, and promotional planning.
- Proficiency in digital platforms: Instagram, TikTok, marketplace platforms, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Excellent analytical abilities for market research, competitor analysis, and performance measurement.
- Demonstrated project‑management and time‑management skills; ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the capacity to develop innovative promotional concepts.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and vendor negotiations.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:30 – 16:30, with occasional attendance at events outside regular hours.
