Responsibilities
- Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term funding strategies aligned with the bank’s profitability and liquidity goals.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of funding officers and coordinators, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular coaching sessions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and new customer segments for savings and deposit offerings.
- Maintain and expand a robust database of high‑potential corporate and individual clients, leveraging relationships to increase deposit inflows.
- Negotiate terms and present funding solutions to key clients, ensuring compliance with BPR regulations and internal risk policies.
- Collaborate with product development, risk management, and compliance teams to design innovative deposit products such as high‑yield savings, time deposits, and tailored corporate accounts.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly funding performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management and recommending corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Ensure all funding activities adhere to applicable banking laws, anti‑money‑laundering (AML) standards, and internal control procedures.
- Drive customer loyalty initiatives, including relationship‑management programs, reward schemes, and digital engagement tools.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) – preferably in Economics, Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in banking funding, preferably within a BPR environment; 1–2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Technical Competencies:
- In‑depth knowledge of BPR products, regulations, and funding mechanisms.
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and network development.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office and banking operational systems.
