Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Cabang Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to lead our sales and customer service operations in the thriving market of Bengkulu. This senior position reports directly to the Regional Director and is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high‑performing sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across both motorcycle and automobile product lines. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with proven leadership abilities, a passion for the automotive industry, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative, results‑oriented culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with corporate targets and regional market conditions.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed individual and collective performance metrics.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, analyze performance data, and adjust tactics to maximize conversion rates and average transaction values.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
  • Oversee the after‑sales service process, guaranteeing prompt resolution of customer inquiries, warranty claims, and service appointments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal offers that drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management, highlighting sales trends, forecast accuracy, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards within the branch.
  • Manage inventory levels in coordination with the logistics team to avoid stock‑outs and excess holding costs.
  • Represent the branch at regional industry events, trade shows, and dealer meetings to stay abreast of market developments.

Requirements

  • Male candidates up to 40 years of age (gender preference noted in original posting; however, all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply).
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in automotive sales, specifically motorcycles or cars, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and lead a sales team to high performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable interacting with diverse customers.
  • High level of work ethic, resilience, and a proactive leadership mindset.
  • Willingness to be based in Bengkulu and travel locally as required.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
