Introduction

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans (A/R Overdue), ensuring all activities are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, prioritize cases based on risk, and develop action plans to maximize recovery.
  • Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment terms, resolve disputes, and arrange settlement plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the collection management system, documenting all interactions, agreements, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, credit, and legal departments to share insights, verify borrower information, and support legal actions when necessary.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting key metrics such as collection rates, aging analysis, and forecasted cash inflows.
  • Identify trends in delinquency, suggest preventive measures, and contribute to the continuous improvement of collection policies.
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines, internal compliance standards, and ethical collection practices.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay current with industry best practices and new regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree); candidates with a high school (SMA/SMK) background are also considered, especially fresh graduates.
  • Male candidates only, as specified by the hiring criteria.
  • Age not exceeding 34 years at the time of application.
  • Zero to one year of prior experience in collections or a related financial role; experience of at least one year is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong target‑orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty in all dealings.
  • Proficiency in sales analysis tools, survey analysis, and basic data management.
  • Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
