Introduction
SPX Express, a leading logistics provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Kepala Hub for its Kebun Tebu operation in Lampung Barat. This critical leadership role oversees the end‑to‑end flow of parcels, ensuring that every shipment moves smoothly from pickup to final delivery. The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination between the Warehouse team, Line Haul drivers, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, while driving continuous improvement in hub performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of all parcels, from the moment they are collected until they reach the customer’s doorstep.
- Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse personnel, Line Haul operators, and 3PL service providers to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement risk‑reduction strategies to minimize lost or damaged packages, including proper handling procedures and real‑time tracking.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliation, and reporting for inbound and outbound movements.
- Supervise inbound receiving processes and outbound dispatch operations, maintaining optimal flow and inventory accuracy.
- Train, coach, and develop hub staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Analyze hub performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and propose process enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local legal requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create dashboards, track key performance indicators, and support decision‑making.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders, providing timely updates on shipment status and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field is a plus.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordination experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in Last Mile or First Mile operations, with a solid understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with internal teams, 3PL partners, and customers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) methodology, logistics cost analysis, and logistics mapping techniques.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 09:30 – 18:30, with flexibility to address urgent operational issues.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Kebun Tebu, Kabupaten Lampung Barat, Lampung.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience if the candidate holds a diploma or higher degree.
