We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Outlet Jabodetabek to lead our flagship store located in the bustling areas of Lenteng Agung and Pasar Baru. This pivotal role combines operational oversight, sales leadership, and digital marketing expertise to drive growth in one of Indonesia’s most competitive retail markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive female professional, aged 35 or younger, with a minimum of two years of hands‑on experience in sales, social media management, and team supervision.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring that the outlet runs smoothly and meets the highest standards of service quality.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of technical staff and sales associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue, boost average transaction value, and expand the customer base.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Ads, translating digital engagement into in‑store foot traffic.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting new clientele through personalized outreach and community events.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, and inventory turnover, reporting insights to senior management.
- Handle inventory control, merchandising displays, and visual presentation to align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including proper use of company‑issued equipment and vehicle operation.
- Coordinate weekend schedules and ensure adequate staffing for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Utilize personal motorbike and active SIM A to perform on‑site visits, supplier negotiations, and occasional delivery tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Age: 35 years maximum.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a sales representative or outlet supervisory role.
- Proficient in managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and executing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities; proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM A; ability to drive a car when required.
- Highly organized, target‑oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
