Responsibilities
- Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of raw materials and non‑saleable inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems, conducting regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Prepare and organize material requisitions for production lines, ensuring timely delivery to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of hazardous substances and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor and control warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and streamline material flow.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to track inbound shipments, resolve discrepancies, and manage supplier relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports, highlighting key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment time, and equipment utilization.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper storage techniques, equipment operation, and best practices in warehouse management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements that reduce waste, lower costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Work under tight deadlines during peak production periods while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
