Introduction

We are a fast‑growing snack‑food manufacturer seeking enthusiastic and diligent individuals to join our production floor as a Koki Mipitan (Snack Food Processor). This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates who are eager to learn the fundamentals of food preparation, quality control, and teamwork within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work in a clean, safe, and supportive setting, contributing to the daily creation of popular, ready‑to‑eat snack products that reach supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and portion raw ingredients (flour, spices, flavorings, etc.) according to standardized recipes.
  • Operate small‑scale cooking equipment such as fryers, ovens, and mixers, ensuring correct temperature and timing.
  • Monitor product quality during each production step, performing visual checks and basic measurements.
  • Package finished snack items, label them accurately, and arrange them for shipment while adhering to hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including daily sanitizing of tools, surfaces, and equipment.
  • Assist with inventory management by recording ingredient usage and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
  • Follow food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP) to prevent contamination and ensure consumer safety.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and resolve any process bottlenecks.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions to continuously improve cooking techniques and operational knowledge.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to the maintenance crew.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (unmarried)
  • Age: 18 – 24 years
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
  • Basic cooking skills and a genuine interest in snack‑food production
  • Presentable appearance and a neat, tidy personal grooming standard
  • Honest, courteous, disciplined, and able to follow written instructions precisely
  • Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn new processes
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude toward coworkers and supervisors
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 15 kg)
