Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of premium coffee beverages, including espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and signature creations while adhering to standardized recipes.
- Maintain consistent taste and presentation by mastering brewing parameters such as grind size, water temperature, and extraction time.
- Operate, clean, and perform routine maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Engage customers with a friendly, courteous demeanor, offering product knowledge, answering inquiries, and recommending drinks based on individual preferences.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, placing orders when needed and minimizing waste.
- Uphold rigorous hygiene standards by keeping workstations, service counters, and seating areas spotless, following health‑code regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate shift responsibilities, support peak‑hour traffic, and ensure smooth handovers.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with emerging coffee trends, new brewing methods, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events, tastings, and promotional activities that showcase our premium offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- At least basic experience as a barista, with a solid understanding of coffee fundamentals and drink preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, a warm and polite attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
