We are seeking a dedicated Koki Profesional Restoran to join our bustling kitchen team in Boyolali. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of menu items, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety standards in accordance with local regulations and restaurant SOPs.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage prep work, inventory, and timely service during both morning and evening shifts.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, report shortages, and assist the purchasing team with ordering fresh produce.
- Train junior kitchen assistants on basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and proper sanitation practices.
- Adapt recipes and introduce new dishes based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly kitchen meetings to discuss menu updates, operational challenges, and continuous improvement ideas.
- Perform routine cleaning of workstations, equipment, and storage areas at the end of each shift.
- Be flexible to work rotating shifts, including the two main schedules (07:30‑16:00 and 15:30‑23:00) and occasional overtime once per week.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (perempuan) and preferably a practicing Muslim (perempuan muslimah) in accordance with the restaurant’s cultural setting.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Boyolali or willing to relocate.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional cooking experience in a restaurant or similar food‑service environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong cooking techniques, familiarity with Indonesian and regional dishes, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Soft Skills: Honesty, discipline, agility, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekend shifts (Monday‑Saturday), and one overtime day per week.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 kg, and handle a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
