Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver compelling product proposals, conduct price negotiations, and close sales agreements for a wide range of steel products.
- Monitor market dynamics, price fluctuations, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as logistics, procurement, and finance—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Participate in trade shows, industry seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide post‑sale support, address client inquiries, and manage any issues to foster long‑term partnerships.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is highly preferred.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.

- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in steel sales or marketing, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of steel products, market segmentation, and pricing strategies.
