Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our thriving steel distribution business. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers across diverse market segments, including construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product proposals, conduct price negotiations, and close sales agreements for a wide range of steel products.
  • Monitor market dynamics, price fluctuations, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—such as logistics, procurement, and finance—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry seminars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide post‑sale support, address client inquiries, and manage any issues to foster long‑term partnerships.
  • Continuously improve personal product knowledge, staying up‑to‑date with technical specifications and applications of steel materials.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is highly preferred.
  • Age: Up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in steel sales or marketing, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of steel products, market segmentation, and pricing strategies.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities; analytical mindset for market and sales data analysis.
  • Personal Traits: High integrity, discipline, responsibility, and a proactive, goal‑oriented attitude.
  • Other: Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic data analysis tools.
