Responsibilities
- Deliver customized financial solutions that combine insurance protection and investment opportunities, ensuring each client receives the best possible product mix.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses and create detailed financial plans that align with customers’ short‑term and long‑term goals.
- Provide end‑to‑end after‑sales service, including policy administration, claim support, and periodic portfolio reviews to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with bank relationship managers to generate referrals, co‑host financial workshops, and jointly develop cross‑selling strategies.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of insurance regulations, product features, and market trends to provide accurate advice.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking within assigned territories.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, client feedback, and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing training programs, product seminars, and industry conferences to continuously improve expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in any field.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience in wealth management, insurance sales, or as a relationship manager.
- Strong passion for selling with a customer‑oriented mindset and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by a professional appearance and personable demeanor.
- Energetic, persistent, and highly motivated by performance‑based rewards.
- Self‑motivated, mature, and well‑organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to serve clients across multiple locations, including but not limited to:
- Bali, Balikpapan, Bandung, Banjarmasin, Batam, Bekasi, Bogor, Cirebon, Denpasar, Jakarta (all areas), Jambi, Karawang, Kediri, Kendari, Kudus, Lampung, Makassar, Malang, Manado, Mataram, Medan, Palembang, Pangkalan Pinang, Pekalongan, Pekanbaru, Pontianak, Purwokerto, Samarinda, Semarang, Serang, Sukabumi, Surabaya, Surakarta, Tangerang, Tangerang Selatan, Tasikmalaya, Tegal, Yogyakarta.
