Introduction
The Koordinator Area Operasional Penjualan (Sales Operations Area Coordinator) plays a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our field sales teams. Based in our regional office, the coordinator acts as the bridge between recruitment, internal departments, and on‑site sales activities, ensuring that targets are met and operational challenges are resolved promptly. Responsibilities
- Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes for sales and support staff, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain continuous communication and coordination with internal divisions (marketing, finance, logistics) and external clients to align expectations and deliverables.
- Plan and execute regular visits to assigned sales territories to monitor performance, gather market intelligence, and support field personnel.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues on the ground, such as inventory discrepancies, scheduling conflicts, or customer complaints.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, variances, and action plans.
- Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual targets by providing timely data, resources, and coaching.
- Collaborate with the training department to organize skill‑building sessions for new hires and existing staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor regulations, and health‑safety standards during field activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales support, or related operational roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coordinate with both internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to field locations.
