As a key member of our marketing department, you will craft compelling visual stories, support brand initiatives, and help elevate our online presence across social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, shoot, and edit high‑quality video and photo content that aligns with current trends and brand guidelines.
- Utilize editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, and other software to produce polished final assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts, storyboards, and campaign ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creativity.
- Perform basic voice‑over recordings when required, adding a personal touch to videos.
- Maintain an organized library of media files for easy retrieval and reuse.
- Monitor performance metrics of published content and suggest optimizations based on audience feedback.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media platforms, editing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Support live‑stream events or on‑site shoots when needed, representing the brand professionally.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 30 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a content creator or video editor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic video and photo editing using CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar tools.
- Creative Ability: Demonstrated innovation, strong sense of visual storytelling, and the capacity to produce trend‑driven content.
- Multitasking: Ability to juggle several assignments, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Voice‑Over Skill: Ability to record clear voice‑overs (considered a strong plus).
- Location Flexibility: Candidates residing outside Sidoarjo are welcome to apply.
