Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Koordinator Human Resources (HR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring that all human‑resource processes align with corporate policies and Indonesian labor regulations. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 07:30 to 15:30, and offers a collaborative environment where strategic thinking and meticulous execution are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and monitor the implementation of relevant labor laws, taking decisive action on any reported violations.
- Conduct thorough screening and continuous monitoring of employee attendance records to maintain workforce stability and productivity.
- Identify, analyze, and report on internal and external issues that could affect employee morale, operational efficiency, or legal compliance.
- Perform performance reviews, provide constructive counseling, and support career development initiatives for all staff members.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date personnel files, including employment contracts, warning letters (SP1–SP3), and other legal HR documentation.
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of HR data into broader business processes.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on workplace conduct, safety standards, and regulatory updates.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Prepare regular HR metrics and reports for senior management, highlighting trends in turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Support employee relations initiatives, mediating conflicts and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of proven experience in HR‑IR, HRD, or HRGA roles, with a solid understanding of Indonesian labor law.
- Strong analytical abilities, capable of problem‑solving and making effective decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with employees at all levels.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated integrity and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with attendance monitoring tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and regulatory updates.
