Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job desks and station responsibilities within the restaurant, including barista duties, cash register operation, and food preparation.
- Perform rolling station assignments, adapting quickly to different roles such as server, kitchen aide, or cashier as needed.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the dining area, kitchen, and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to handle peak periods, manage queues, and resolve guest inquiries or concerns.
- Adhere to the restaurant’s safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and emergency procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions and staff meetings to continuously improve service quality.
- Follow the scheduled shift system, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude by suggesting improvements to workflow, menu presentation, or guest experience.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in food & beverages, restaurant, or customer service are welcome.
- Strong communication skills and an active, team‑oriented mindset.
- Valid, active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and be flexible with shift assignments.
- Readiness to be placed at the Tuban restaurant location.
- Basic proficiency in barista techniques, cash handling, customer service, and food & beverage preparation.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new POS systems and kitchen equipment.
