Introduction
The Koordinator Rekrutmen dan Pengelolaan Staff plays a pivotal role in driving the talent acquisition strategy of our dynamic organization. This position reports directly to the HR Manager and collaborates closely with department heads, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end hiring experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the full recruitment life cycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and post compelling job advertisements on internal portals, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Source high‑quality candidates through proactive talent mapping, headhunting, campus outreach, and employee referral programs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule face‑to‑face or virtual interviews.
- Facilitate interview panels, prepare interview guides, and ensure consistent evaluation criteria.
- Perform thorough reference and background checks, and verify candidate eligibility and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, providing regular status updates and market insights.
- Negotiate offers, prepare employment contracts, and manage the candidate acceptance process.
- Coordinate new‑employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, system access setup, and induction to company culture.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, generate reports, and continuously improve processes based on data‑driven insights.
- Support employer branding initiatives by participating in career fairs, webinars, and community events.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast‑growing corporate environment.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Core Skills:
- Strong coordination and project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Personal Traits: Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, adaptable, and able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:30 – 17:30.
