Responsibilities

- Monitor food preparation processes to guarantee compliance with hygiene regulations and company quality standards.
- Schedule staff rotas, manage shift swaps, and ensure adequate coverage for weekend and holiday periods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Assist the Head Chef in planning menus, portion control, and cost‑effective ingredient utilization.
- Handle customer complaints related to food service promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare daily operational reports, including waste analysis, labor hours, and equipment maintenance logs.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular kitchen inspections, and lead emergency response drills.
- Continuously seek process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce waste, and increase overall kitchen productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- Prior experience in kitchen operations or a related hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
