As a courier, you will be the face of Shopee Xpress, ensuring that millions of orders reach customers safely, on time, and with a smile. Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport parcels using a personal motorcycle, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses across Jember Raya, ensuring timely and accurate drop‑offs.
- Inspect orders before departure and after delivery to verify item integrity and documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from the motorcycle, handling goods with care to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, record mileage, and submit daily activity reports through the Shopee Xpress mobile app.
- Communicate any delivery issues, address changes, or customer feedback to the operations team promptly.
- Keep the motorcycle clean, well‑maintained, and equipped with a functional Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) for navigation and order management.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and customer service during every interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age limit.
- Possess a valid and active SIM C (motorcycle) license.
- Own a reliable motorcycle that meets Shopee Xpress specifications.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for the delivery application.
- Bank account for salary and incentive payouts.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a customer‑first mindset.
- Basic navigation skills and familiarity with Jember Raya’s road network.
- Ability to lift and handle parcels up to 15 kg repeatedly.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
