Responsibilities
- Ensure that all team members under your supervision follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for medication dispensing, counseling, and documentation.
- Provide real‑time support to the service team to deliver excellent patient counseling, including medication therapy management and additional health information.
- Mentor and coach staff by delivering detailed task explanations, documenting workflows in Kanban boards, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges or service bottlenecks promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
- Oversee complaint handling processes, ensuring patient concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and follow up on post‑consultation evaluations, analyzing feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
- Conduct pharmaceutical home‑care visits, reviewing medication regimens, assessing adherence, and providing on‑site education.
- Lead community health education sessions, delivering topics such as chronic disease management, medication safety, and preventive care.
- Organize regular team learning sessions to enhance product knowledge, therapeutic updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize multidisciplinary care plans.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper storage conditions, and oversee medication reconciliation processes.
- Stay current with national pharmacy regulations, ensuring the pharmacy maintains a valid and active STRA (Pharmacy Practice License).
- Participate in research projects and quality improvement initiatives aimed at advancing clinical pharmacy practice.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Pharmacy, preferably with a professional pharmacy qualification.
- Active and valid STRA (Pharmacy Practice License) in Indonesia.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical or community pharmacy setting; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet service demand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to detect and address service issues swiftly.
- Proven commitment to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
