Introduction

We are seeking motivated and detail‑oriented individuals to join our professional cleaning services team as Professional Cleaning Service Staff. This role is essential to maintaining high‑standard hygiene across commercial, institutional, and residential facilities. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic, shift‑based environment, collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver reliable and spotless results for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal in offices, schools, hospitals, and other client sites.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment—including floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers—ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Apply appropriate cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety data sheets and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
  • Follow strict hygiene protocols, especially in high‑risk environments such as healthcare facilities, to prevent cross‑contamination.
  • Coordinate with team members to manage workload distribution and meet tight turnaround times.
  • Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, inventory usage, and shift hand‑overs.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new cleaning techniques, health standards, and customer service best practices.
  • Assist in the development of cleaning schedules and SOPs to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4); SMK/SMA equivalent is also acceptable.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar cleaning or facilities‑maintenance role.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering flawless results.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills; ability to follow instructions and support peers.
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
  • Basic knowledge of health‑safety regulations, chemical handling, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
