Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Leader Outlet Senior – Manajemen Operasional & Penjualan to join our fast‑growing retail network. This pivotal role ensures that each outlet operates smoothly, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and meets sales targets in line with corporate standards. The successful candidate will act as the frontline manager, driving both operational excellence and team performance while upholding the company’s brand integrity.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor all daily outlet activities to guarantee strict adherence to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead and supervise the outlet team, conducting daily briefings that set clear expectations for service quality, safety, and sales initiatives.
- Assume full responsibility for outlet operations in the absence of the Area Supervisor, making real‑time decisions to resolve issues and maintain continuity.
- Coach, train, and mentor new hires, ensuring they quickly assimilate company standards, product knowledge, and customer‑service protocols.
- Prepare, compile, and deliver comprehensive operational reports—both daily and weekly—to the Area Supervisor and senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, stock levels, and any operational challenges.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities, propose actionable strategies, and support promotional activities.
- Manage shift schedules, enforce attendance policies, and coordinate with the HR department to handle staffing adjustments, especially during holidays and peak periods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, complying with health and safety regulations and conducting regular audits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field) or a high school diploma (SMA) with at least 2 years of proven experience as a retail leader.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team motivation, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to convey instructions clearly and inspire confidence.
- High level of integrity, discipline, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work a shift system, including weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales trends and operational metrics.
