Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Assist shoppers in locating products, answering questions about merchandise, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including regular shelf‑stocking, price‑tagging, and merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, cards, and digital payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform routine stock counts, and communicate replenishment needs to the store manager.
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns by setting up displays, distributing flyers, and engaging customers in special offers.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations, sharing information and assisting wherever needed.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and customer privacy.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product performance to help improve store offerings.
- Utilize personal transportation to arrive punctually for shifts and, when required, assist with off‑site deliveries or store visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with at least a middle school diploma are also considered.
- Age: 18–35 years old.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Polished appearance and strong personal grooming standards.
- Honest, quick‑learning, and open to acquiring new skills on the job.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for retail or customer‑service work, with any prior experience considered a plus.
- Own reliable vehicle for commuting and occasional store‑related travel.
- Resident of Cilacap or possession of a valid Cilacap KTP.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems (e.g., inventory software, POS).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a courteous telephone etiquette.
