Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Staff Infrastruktur Jaringan to join our growing team on the beautiful island of Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive reliable and high‑performance broadband and dedicated services. The successful candidate will work on-site with customers, perform installations, configure network equipment, and provide timely troubleshooting support. The position operates on a shift basis, offering flexibility for those who thrive in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure a variety of network technologies, including wireless access points, fiber optic links, LAN infrastructures, routers, and switches.
- Set up set‑top boxes (STB) and install client‑side applications, ensuring seamless connectivity for end users.
- Perform routine maintenance and continuous monitoring of network infrastructure to detect and prevent potential issues.
- Diagnose and resolve service disruptions for both broadband and dedicated line customers, documenting root‑cause analyses.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex problems and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
- Conduct field visits to client sites across Bali, providing hands‑on assistance and building strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and service tickets in the company’s management system.
- Stay updated on emerging networking standards, security best practices, and vendor product releases to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in network administration, technical support, or a similar IT role.
- Fundamental understanding of the OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, and basic networking concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with wireless access points, LAN design, and basic fiber optic installation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in diagnosing network faults.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a field team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and travel throughout Bali for client visits.
