We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable crew members to join our outlet at Jengki. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks—including bubble tea, smoothies, and ice‑cream based beverages—strictly following Mixue’s standardized recipes.
- Take customer orders accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a spotless work area by cleaning and sanitising counters, equipment, seating zones, and surrounding floors throughout each shift.
- Assist in restocking supplies such as cups, straws, toppings, and ingredients to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the outlet manager promptly.
- Provide friendly, prompt service and resolve minor customer inquiries or concerns, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper storage temperatures and personal hygiene standards.
- Participate in shift handovers, sharing critical information about sales performance, stock status, and any incidents that occurred.
- Support promotional activities, such as sampling new menu items or assisting with in‑store events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 22 years old.
- Unmarried status preferred to ensure flexible scheduling.
- Residency within the Jengki area of East Jakarta for easy commuting.
- Presentable appearance, polite demeanor, honesty, and good physical and mental health.
- Willingness to work rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact courteously with customers.
- Team‑player attitude with strong time‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with beverage‑mixing equipment is a plus, but on‑the‑job training will be provided.
