We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to lead corporate account acquisition for our residential property portfolio. This urgent opening is based in several strategic locations across West Java, including Tajur (Bogor), Jonggol (Bogor), Cibarusah (Bekasi), and Binong (Tangerang). The ideal candidate will combine a polished professional appearance with strong communication skills, a relentless focus on revenue generation, and a proven track record in the real‑estate sector.
The role offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 17:00, allowing you to engage with a diverse client base and contribute directly to the growth of our housing projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential buyers whose needs align with our residential product segments.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and walkthroughs for prospective customers.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing strategies, to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain consistent follow‑up communication to nurture long‑term relationships and secure repeat business.
- Assist clients with all required documentation and guide them through the home‑purchase process, including mortgage (KPR) applications.
- Coordinate and participate in sales‑driving activities such as open houses, property exhibitions, canvassing tours, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Leverage social‑media advertising tools to expand reach and generate qualified leads.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for the sales manager.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—marketing, finance, and customer service—to ensure seamless execution of the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in property sales, preferably residential.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven environments and deliver consistent results.
- Extensive personal database and networking contacts within the real‑estate market.
- Proficiency in using social‑media platforms for advertising and lead generation.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
