Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, the Branch Manager will be responsible for driving product awareness, expanding the loan portfolio, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and community outreach to promote the institution’s loan products and corporate values at the kecamatan and desa level.
- Coordinate and confirm meeting schedules with local borrower groups (kumpulan), ensuring all appointments align with the branch’s operational calendar.
- Monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of branch staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Provide daily forecasts of loan disbursements, partner counts, and financing needs to senior management, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Perform periodic field monitoring of all registered borrower groups to assess repayment behavior and identify potential risk factors.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly branch reports that capture key performance indicators, financial results, and operational challenges.
- Lead weekly branch meetings to review performance metrics, discuss corrective actions, and plan the upcoming week’s activities.
- Collaborate with product development teams to adapt loan offerings based on market feedback and emerging community needs.
- Maintain a high level of compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; any study major is acceptable.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- At least 2 years of experience in micro‑finance, small‑business lending, or related financial services.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse stakeholder groups.
- High level of discipline, honesty, and integrity; ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) for field visits.
- Proficiency in basic administration, data acquisition, debt collection processes, and strategic team leadership.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
