Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering functions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- Control food, beverage, and labor costs through accurate budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative menus that reflect local flavors and international trends.
- Monitor guest feedback, resolve service issues promptly, and continuously improve the guest experience.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Events department to plan and execute successful banquets, conferences, and special events.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing in line with Accor’s ESG commitments.
- Utilize Accor’s learning platforms to stay current on industry best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Prior experience in food and beverage management is preferred, but recent graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated skills in budgeting, cost control, and staff development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional evenings or weekends for events.
