Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Purchasing and Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic supply chain team. Responsibilities

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stock‑outs or excess inventory.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, new products, and emerging suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships, address performance issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting cost‑saving opportunities and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards throughout the purchasing process.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, especially during peak production cycles or special projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional training in logistics or procurement is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Honest, responsible, and highly accountable for personal and team outcomes.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated capability to handle high‑stress situations and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic proficiency with procurement software, Excel, and other office productivity tools.
