We are looking for a dynamic Manajer Penjualan B2B – Solusi HRIS to lead our business development efforts in Jakarta. The role is ideal for a self‑motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing complex B2B contracts, and driving revenue growth in the SaaS landscape. As a key member of the Business Development (BD) team, you will act as the bridge between our cutting‑edge HRIS product suite and the strategic needs of corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and strategic networking.
- Develop and execute a systematic lead‑generation pipeline, leveraging tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and industry events.
- Conduct high‑impact sales presentations and live product demonstrations tailored to senior HR and IT decision‑makers.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service‑level agreements while protecting company margins and meeting quota targets.
- Close new B2B deals and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to contract signing, ensuring a seamless hand‑off to the implementation team.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and forecast data within the HubSpot CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes affecting HR technology to provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success departments to align messaging, refine product positioning, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews and contribute to the development of regional sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to raise brand awareness and generate referral opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within SaaS or HRIS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a talent for handling objections and complex contract discussions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus) and a data‑driven approach to pipeline management.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to travel within Jakarta and occasionally to other major Indonesian cities for client meetings.
- Interpersonal skills that foster trust and long‑term relationships with C‑level executives and HR leaders.
