Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Proyek Penjualan Wilayah to lead the regional sales effort for residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be based in Medan and will cover the strategic markets of Medan, Jambi, Palembang, Batam, and Padang. This role offers a unique blend of technical knowledge, relationship building, and strategic project management in a fast‑growing industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue water‑heater and HVAC project opportunities in the assigned territories.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations for architects, contractors, chief engineers, and end‑users.
- Develop and manage a full sales pipeline—from initial lead generation through proposal, negotiation, order placement, and post‑installation support.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by corporate management.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with dealers, distributors, project owners, consultants, and construction firms.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet project specifications and sustainability goals.
- Maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and recommend strategic adjustments to pricing or promotional tactics.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline reviews for senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, seminars, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, safety standards, and legal requirements, including the use of a valid SIM C and personal vehicle for field visits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Marketing, Business Management, or an engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Electrical).
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Project Manager or Business Development Executive in the Building Materials or HVAC sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems proactively, and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage senior technical stakeholders.
- Strong networking capability; existing contacts with architects, contractors, or chief engineers are a distinct advantage.
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client), with no upper age limit.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motor vehicle for regional travel.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territories, with a typical work week of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:30.
