Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Officer – Channeling to join our dynamic team in Dumai, Riau. This role is pivotal in expanding our distribution network, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional financing solutions to our partners and end‑customers. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Sales Head – Channeling, collaborating closely with agents, merchants, and other Adira Finance channels to achieve ambitious sales targets.

The position is open to candidates who have completed a minimum of a D3/D4 qualification, are under 30 years of age, and possess a strong drive for results. Responsibilities

  • Execute the sales process in accordance with the directives of the Sales Head – Channeling, consistently aiming to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture new order sources from a broad spectrum of partners, including AXI agents, durable goods retailers, and other Adira Finance distribution channels.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end consumer credit application workflow: gather required documentation, verify authenticity, and input accurate initial data into the system.
  • Conduct vehicle or equipment appraisals (taksasi) for financing proposals, securing approval from the Sales Head before advancing the case.
  • Perform on‑site consumer surveys, record observations, and upload detailed reports to the internal application platform while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain a well‑organized pipeline of prospects, regularly updating CRM records to reflect the status of leads, negotiations, and closed deals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including underwriting, risk management, and customer service—to ensure smooth processing of financed transactions.
  • Represent the company at trade events, local business forums, and networking gatherings to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (all majors) or D4; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Age limit: maximum 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within automotive, durable goods, or financial services; experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid active SIM A/C.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry in CRM systems.
  • Willingness to be placed in Dumai or any location that matches the candidate’s domicile, with a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
