Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Solo. This senior‑level position is pivotal for steering multiple client projects from conception through successful delivery while maintaining strong vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, and will be responsible for ensuring that every deliverable meets our high standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project activities, ensuring that timelines, scopes, and budgets are adhered to across all initiatives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to guarantee cost‑effectiveness and reliability.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to align project milestones with overall business strategy and to provide transparent status reports.
- Develop detailed project budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies, presenting them to senior leadership for approval.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including design, development, marketing, and operations—to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including scope statements, change orders, and final deliverables, using industry‑standard project management tools.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and next steps to clients in a clear and professional manner, gathering feedback and adjusting plans as needed.
- Implement best‑practice methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall, tailoring the approach to each project’s unique requirements.
- Conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned, drive continuous improvement, and celebrate team successes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 2‑3 years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, inspire collaboration, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
